Eligibility: The public voting period of the “UC IRVINE ESPORTS JERSEY DESIGN CONTEST” is open to anyone. The “UC IRVINE ESPORTS JERSEY DESIGN CONTEST – PUBLIC VOTE OPPORTUNITY DRAWING” is open exclusively to current UC Irvine students in good standing with a valid UCInetID and UC Irvine email address.

Voting Period: Public voting opens at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Votes submitted outside of this window will not be counted.

How to Vote: Visit the UC Irvine Esports website at esports.uci.edu and complete the official voting form, powered by QuestionPro, during the voting period. Select your preferred jersey design from the finalist designs presented on the page. One (1) vote per person. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

How to Enter the Drawing (UC Irvine Students Only): Current UC Irvine students who complete the voting form may opt into the Opportunity Drawing by providing their UC Irvine-issued email address when prompted on the QuestionPro form. Providing a UC Irvine email address serves as verification of student status and as the sole method of contact should the student be selected as a winner. A UC Irvine email address is required to be considered for the drawing. Non-UC Irvine email addresses will not be accepted as drawing entries. The participant’s UC Irvine email address will not be shared or distributed to anyone and will only be used for the purposes of the “UC IRVINE ESPORTS JERSEY DESIGN CONTEST – PUBLIC VOTE OPPORTUNITY DRAWING.”

Winner Selection and Notification: Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from among all eligible drawing entries received during the voting period–one for each year of UC Irvine Esports–in celebration of UC Irvine Esports’ 10th Anniversary. The winner(s) will be announced and/or notified no later than Friday, October 16, 2026, via the UC Irvine email address provided at the time of entry. Prizes will be re-awarded if unclaimed within 48 hours of notification.

Prizes:

Ten (10) UC Irvine official Esports Jerseys featuring the winning design ($99.98 ARV each).

Total approximate retail value of all drawing prizes: approximately $999.80. All gifts, gift certificates, gift cards, and cash equivalences awarded to students may be reported to the financial aid office. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Odds of Winning: Varies based on the total number of eligible drawing entries received during the voting period.

Data and Privacy: Votes cast by general public participants require no personal information beyond selection of a design. UC Irvine student drawing entries require only a valid UC Irvine email address, which will not be shared or distributed to any third party and will be used solely for the purposes of this drawing.
